Executive Team

  • Clotilde C. Keller | President

    Clotilde (Cloty) Keller is President of CalAtlantic Title. Previously, she was Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of North American Title Group. Joining North American Title in July 1997 as Controller, she was shortly thereafter appointed CFO. In addition to her duties as CFO, she was appointed in September 2007 to oversee the operations of the title division. Prior to joining North American Title, Cloty was CFO for a local mortgage company for two years. Previously, she spent 10 years with American Savings & Loan Association, where she held various positions, the latest as Controller. Cloty earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1982 from Florida International University, with a major in accounting. She is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.

  • Sandra Austin | ControlLer

    Sandra Austin is Controller for CalAtlantic Title. Sandra comes to CalAtlantic Title from North American Title Group, where she also held the title of Controller. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Cine Latino, Inc. Prior to that, Sandra was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for MGM Networks Latin America. A graduate of Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Sandra began her career with the national accounting firm, Deloitte.

  • Christy Tabor | Corporate Counsel FOR CALATLANTIC TITLE

    Christy Tabor is Corporate Counsel for CalAtlantic Title. She has more than 15 years of legal experience supporting both title insurance agency and underwriter operations that are national in scope, most recently serving as Associate Regulatory Counsel for North American Title, where she assisted with ALTA Best Practices documentation, legal support for the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure forms and processes initiatives. and additional support on various corporate legal and regulatory matters. Prior to that she was with Centex Title & Ancillary Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PulteGroup Inc. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, and a master’s in education, Tabor earned her Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

  • W. Alex Kidd | Vice President, Quality Assurance and Compliance

    Alex Kidd is Vice President and Director of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Department for CalAtlantic Title. He has been in the real estate services industry for over two decades. His responsibilities include performing and supervising financial and operational reviews; developing compliance programs and examinations procedures; and monitoring for compliance with regulatory requirements. Alex began his career in 1985 as a Property Control Officer for the Department of Defense, while serving in the U.S. Army Reserve. In 1988, he accepted a position with Washington Mutual (formerly Great Western Financial Corp.) as Senior Operational Analyst and was responsible for the performance of operational and financial audits in the areas of retail banking, consumer lending, mortgage lending and major loans. Later, he served as Senior Analyst for Sunbeam. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. He holds the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Enrolled Agent (IRS) professional designations.

  • Tiffany Bertling | Director of National Centralized Services

    Tiffany Bertling is Director of National Centralized Services for CalAtlantic Title. She brings more than 25 years of title industry experience to this position, including 14 years in audit, operations and quality assurance. Tiffany spent 20 years with a Dallas-based national title operation where she led the coordination and consolidation of multiple title operations into a single consistent business model and common escrow operating system. Holding the position of Senior Vice President Business Systems and Processes, Tiffany also managed multiple support departments before and after a merger, integrating affiliated title agency, underwriter, homebuilder and mortgage companies. Beginning her career with the company as an escrow officer, Tiffany moved to a branch manager position before later taking on corporate responsibilities for training and quality assurance. She has affiliations with the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO), in addition to the American Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association.

  • Chad Barth | Western Region President

    Chad Barth manages the Western Region growth for CalAtlantic Title. His primary focus is on supporting Lennar in Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado and Utah, gaining efficiencies and driving bottom line growth in the builder segment. In addition, he works closely with the California and Utah retail operations to create effective growth strategies. With more than 20 years of experience in escrow and title insurance, Chad managed North American Title’s California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah operations over the past several years. He loves every aspect of the title business, especially the competitive nature of the industry, and focuses on recruiting and building great teams that enjoy working together in a cohesive, collaborative environment.

  • Mark Leszczynski | Northern Region President

    Mark Leszczynski is President of the Northern Region for CalAtlantic Title. He brings over 15 years of industry knowledge from the financial and operational perspective to this position. Before joining North American Title, Mark served as state manager for Fidelity National Title, where he handled the direct operations in Indiana and northern Ohio. Before that, he served as the controller and treasurer for a large title insurance agency that was ultimately acquired by Fidelity in 2008. Receiving his bachelor’s degree in business administration, cum laude, from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, Mark was simultaneously commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army and is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne School. Mark is a CPA and worked for Deloitte in Warsaw, Poland, and Tampa, Florida, before entering the title insurance industry.

  • Beverly McReynolds | Southeast Region President

    Beverly McReynolds serves as Region President for CalAtlantic Title’s Southeastern region, which includes Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. She has spent more than three decades as an Associate with the Lennar Family of Companies and was, in fact, the first title employee of the company. For many years, she managed the Southeast region for North American Title Company. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College and is past president of the Florida Land Title Association.

  • Kristy Santelia | Texas Region President

    Kristy Santelia is President of CalAtlantic Title’s Texas Region. Born and raised in Texas, she has worked in the title insurance industry since 2002. Previously, Kristy was with North American Title for 16 years, serving in various leadership roles through the years, including Branch Manager, Houston Division Manager, and Executive Vice President/Texas Affiliated Division Manager. Prior to joining North American Title, she served for nearly five years in the U.S. Air Force. Kristy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and her Master in Business Administration from Bellevue University. An avid athlete, her recent endeavors include the Tough Mudder and half marathons.
